Intellecto © is a novel and advanced on-line Critical Reasoning test. It measures abilities that have clear relevance for high level performance in any organisation. This unique test informs recruitment specialists involved in the selection and development of managerial and professional staff.

Intellecto © is an exceptionally sophisticated instrument that: 

• Differentiates between the capacities of 'Strategic Thinking' and 'Operational Thinking' 
• Explores preferences for and capacity to handle numerical, verbal, and visual data
• Enables respondents to chose items they are comfortable handling and deselect items they struggle with

Intellecto © includes 50 benchmarked questions. The respondents performance is assessed through a combination of the number of correct answers; the questions that were selected; and the time it took to complete the questions.

The results are mapped against the pattern of responses (pattern of answers, choice of questions, and speed) to eight different populations:
